HEALTH PROMOTION PROGRAM – HIT is FIT
At Hit, we are committed to creating a safe and healthy work environment and encourage various activities that contribute to employee health and well-being. Our health promotion program provides a safe workplace, promotes a healthy lifestyle, and offers health and preventive education workshops, along with numerous sports and recreation opportunities.
Hit Sports Association
Through the Hit Sports Association, employees have access to free weekly workouts, fitness training, swimming, organized hikes, courses, runs, and mountain excursions, as well as participation in sports events and charity activities. Once a year, we hold a full-day fun and sports gathering for all employees, known as Hit Day.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY COMPANY
Hit is proud to hold the full Family-Friendly Company Certificate.
