Steps toward balance
At Hit, we carry out a range of activities within the Play Safe – Have Fun program, aimed at protecting players, informing and raising awareness, and offering tools to help interrupt problematic gambling behaviour.
The first step is recognizing that a problem exists—after that, it is time to take the next steps. You can choose to have a confidential conversation with a Hit advisor, seek other professional support, or decide on a voluntary self-exclusion to take a break from gambling for a period of your choice.
Choosing a break: Self-exclusion
Do you feel the need to take a break from gambling that is becoming increasingly problematic? At Hit Universe of Fun casinos, we can arrange self-exclusion at your request, preventing you from entering casinos for a period ranging from 6 months to 3 years.
Self-exclusion applies to all Hit casinos as well as all other casinos and slot halls in the Republic of Slovenia, and it cannot be revoked before the selected period expires.
Measures upon expiry of the self-exclusion period
Guests who have chosen self-exclusion will continue not to receive our offers and promotions even after the exclusion period ends. This is intended to support long-term limitation of gambling or complete abstinence.
If you believe that your gambling is no longer problematic, you may reapply for loyalty club membership during a visit to one of our casinos. Upon confirmation, you will again receive relevant updates and benefits to which you are entitled.
