Even in this extraordinary time we do our best to entertain, spoil, and serve you. As we rate staying healthy as our highest priority, your experience will temporarily be a little different, yet safer and still pleasant:
ARRIVAL
When you enter our premises, you must be wearing a mask and disinfect your hands. Entry points are furnished with floor signs to maintain a minimum physical distance, which you are kindly asked to observe. Only 1 person may take the elevator, with the exception of persons who live in the same household. For hygiene reasons all newspapers, magazines, and printed information material have been removed from the reception.
For safety reasons valet parking is not carried out to the usual extent, but we will assist you by indicating you to the nearest parking space, which is of course free of charge for our guests.
If you use our transport service, we inform you that currently there may not be more than two guests per car or four guests per van (except for members of the same household).
THE CASINO
In casino it is obligatory wearing a mask. This also applies to all open pareas,e.g. the Open Air Casino, if a safe distance between guests cannot be maintained (2 m). There are automated dispensers of disinfectant in the entire casino area. They are located at all the main points of contact (cashier’s and self-service cashier’s, Privilege points, ATMs, etc.).
In order to maintain proper physical distance among guests certain slot machines are inoperative or have been removed. The personnel at the slot machines disinfect the slots on a regular basis (keyboard and monitor). They do so also upon request before a guest starts playing.
The number of players is limited also at gaming tables, thereby aiming to ensure appropriate social distancing. Some tables are fitted with protective shields, whereas at other tables the employees remind the players to maintain proper social distance.When a player leaves the table, his player position is disinfected. The chips, ball, and marker, as well as the computers and monitors are also disinfected. Only 1 person or a group of persons from the same household can use the lift at the same time.
You can enjoy without limitations in the open-air casino, as wearing a mask is not compulsory there.
THE HOTEL
Processes and room offer have been adapted for major safety. Your experience may therefore be slightly different, but we believe that it will still be pleasant and comfortable:
- The personnel will not enter into your room, except in case of an emergency or upon your request.
- Room cleaning and change of towels and sheets is done upon your request. If you need your towels or sheets to be changed, leave the used towels and linen in a bag near your door and inform the reception.
- Room service has been adapted; food and beverages are served on a small table in front of your door and you are informed that the service has been provided.
- If you need extra items (pillows, blankets), inform the reception thereof. We will leave them on the table in front of your room and inform you that the items are ready to be collected.
- We have removed from the rooms all non-necessary items (e.g. hotel folders, magazines, textile decoration, extra blankets and extra pillows, etc.). All the necessary information is available at the hotel reception or on a notice you receive upon check-in.
- The in-room mini bar is currently not available. A limited selection from the mini-bar can be ordered or purchased from the hotel reception.
- In order to offer a safe accommodation to each guest, there will be a system of rotation, so that the rooms can be deep cleaned after each occupancy.
THE RESTAURANTS
The restaurant service has also been adapted to meet security requirements.
- The tables and chairs in our restaurants enable a 1.5-meter distance among guests.
- Restaurants are only open to resort guests, no later than until 9pm, whereby all dishes are served at the table by serving staff.
- Bars in the casino are open no later than until 9pm, but only as a pick-up point for take-away drinks, staying in the bar however is not allowed. All extra items, which are not essential for a meal, have been removed from the tables. The entire table equipment is disinfected when a guest leaves.
- Price lists and menus hang on the walls or are available in a plastic-coated version, which enables disinfection.
- Only specific restaurants are open. You will be informed which restaurants are open.
SPA, SWIMMING POOLS and THE SKY BEACH
Pampering is good, provided that it is safe and relaxing:
- Our spas strive to ensure the recommended distance among guests. For this purpose the number of deck chairs and spa visitors is more limited than usual.
- Massage and cosmetic parlours, as well as deck chairs and admission bracelets are disinfected on a regular basis.
