The My Privilege App is intended for members of the Privilege loyalty club. Its aim is for the members to have all the relevant information, including those regarding benefits, and other contents close at hand.

First login (registration) to MyPrivilege

You need to be an existing member of the Privilege Club with a valid Privilege Card. If you are not yet a member of our loyalty club, you can register here HYPERLINK. If you are an existing member of the Privilege Club, follow these instructions.

1.) Open the web site www.my-privilege.com, then click "For First Login click here" above the login window.

2.) A First Login form will open and you need to enter:
 - Your e-mail address to be used to access MyPrivilege,
 - Your Privilege Card number, which is indicated on your Privilege Card,
 - Your date of birth DD / MM / YYYY (day – month– year)

3.) After your first successful Login you will receive on your email a password to access MyPrivilege. The password can be changed later on.

Chrome – Android
The MyPrivilege App can be added to the home screen of your smart phone for quick access. In order to do this, open the web site www.my-privilege.com in Google Chrome. In a few seconds you will see the banner »Add MyPrivilege to Home Screen«. When you click this banner and give your confirmation, you will create a shortcut to be used for easy access to the App. It will also work faster and you will be able to access numerous contents even without Internet connection.

Safari - iPhone
The MyPrivilege App can be added to the home screen of your smart phone for quick access. Open the www.my-privilege.com web site in the Safari browser and at the bottom of the browser click the central icon which represents a square with an upwards arrow. Click “Add to Home Screen” in the bottom line list of icons. By doing so, you will create a shortcut for more easy access to the App. The App will work faster and you will be able to access numerous contents even without Internet access.

Notification activation – to stay up-to-date at any time

At your second login to MyPrivilege the App will ask you through a friendly display window if you wish to receive Notifications in your MyPrivilege App. If you confirm the option of receiving messages, you will be informed about your exclusive offers when they appear in your MyPrivilege account. We will make sure to send you messages only for the most important offers, and you can unsubscribe any time.
