General Terms & Conditions
Available Booking Periods
The offer can be used from Sunday to Thursday during the following months: March, April, November, and December.
Minimum Number of Participants
The offer is valid for a minimum of 15 participants.
Guest List & Event Agenda
The reserved room allocation will be released 21 days before arrival, after which further bookings will be subject to availability. The nal guest list and event agenda must be submitted no later than 14 days before the scheduled event.
Payment Terms
Payment is based on a company purchase order. The invoice will be issued after the service is provided, according to the agreed terms. Payment must be completed within 14 days after the service has been provided.
Cancellation Policy
If the conrmed booking is later cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply:
