Because we want every day for our guests to begin in abundance, we have designed our buffet breakfast as a delightful morning experience, where the aroma of freshly prepared dishes blends with a feeling of warmth and local tradition.
Breakfast is an opportunity to discover traditional Štajerska flavours: pumpkin seed oil and seeds from the Kocbek Oil Mill, Sirk jams in typical Styrian varieties (Jurka grape, plum, blackberry, apricot), locally produced honey from Cesar Beekeeping, young cheeses and cured meats from the Sirk Tourist Farm. Our excellent homemade liver pâté is prepared in the kitchen of the Mond centre.
Alongside typical Styrian nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds) and dried fruits (apples, pears, plums), you will also find our homemade granola. We prepare it with wholegrain flakes, sweeten it with local honey, add hazelnuts, and bake it fresh every morning to ensure irresistibly crunchy freshness.
Guests can also indulge in sweet štruklji, apple pie and strudel, apricot dumplings, or the ever-popular Kaiserschmarrn.
Special attention is given to the live cooking station, where our chef prepares egg omelettes tailored to your preferences right before your eyes.
