- Use of all conference rooms for 2 days, including all technical equipment (the largest, Špik Hall, accommodates up to 180 people in theatre setup)
- Exclusive use of pool and sauna complex from arrival day (from 11am) to departure day (until 9am)
- Private use of the Alpine wellness and themed rooms from arrival day (from 11am) to departure day (until 9am)
- Option for night swimming until midnight on the first day

General Terms & Conditions
Selection of Date
We are pleased to welcome you as a closed group at the Špik Alpine Resort. The offer is available within the limits of available capacities in the following months:
- March
- April
- October
- November
- December
A deposit of € 1,000 is required upon confirmation of the date. The deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Terms
Payment is made on the basis of the company’s purchase order. The invoice will be issued after the service has been provided, and the payment term is 14 days from the date the service was rendered.
Event Cancellation Policy
If the offer is confirmed and subsequently cancelled, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 45 days before the event: non-refundable deposit (€ 1,000)
- 44 to 20 days before the event: 20% cancellation fee
- 19 to 9 days before the event: 30% cancellation fee
- 8 to 5 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee
- 4 to 1 day before the event: 80% cancellation fee
- Cancellation on the day of the event: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the full reservation of services as defined in the offer.
