In addition to the legendary Hiša Franko in Kobarid — awarded an impressive three stars under world-renowned chef Ana Roš — the Dam Restaurant in Nova Gorica and Gostilna pri Lojzetu in Vipava have each earned one Michelin star. The excellent Calypso Restaurant at Perla has also held the Michelin recommendation for several years.
