On Friday, 12 June, the spotlight will be on excellent WINES BY ALEKSANDER, which will perfectly complement a 4-course menu prepared by Park’s master chefs, led by Chef Adi Blažko.
The Aleksander wines originate from the family business – winery Bužinel from Medana in Goriška Brda. This is already the third generation that works with great care and responsibility the family vineyards. A few years ago they decided to dedicate them to the integrated production of grapes and wine to get quality products and respect the environment.
The red wines are represented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Among the white grapes of their production you will find Ribolla, Sauvignonasse, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.
