On Friday, 10 April 2026, the spotlight will be on excellent WINES BY BATIČ from Šempas, which will perfectly complement a 4-course menu prepared by Park’s master chefs, led by Chef Adi Blažko.
Batič wines are a creation of our own grapes, grown according to the principles of biodynamic farming (demeter). 220,000 vines are cultivated on 43 hectares of vineyards and approximately 75,000 litres of wine is produced per year.
In order to offer you pure, vital wines to make a toast to good health, we grow twenty varieties of vines, resistant to fungal diseases in the vineyards of Brajda, Brce and Hrastov hill Trikotnik. They are cultivated completely without spraying.
