Support for the local community
By supporting various cultural events and sports, educational, and humanitarian activities, we reinforce our commitment to the community.
Through stable business practices and fulfilling legal obligations, we ensure social security for our employees and contribute funds toward creating a friendlier environment, promoting tourism, and supporting various organizations, including those focused on people with disabilities, humanitarian efforts, and sports at both the national and local levels. We also demonstrate our corporate social responsibility through partnerships with local suppliers and partners.
With numerous activities, programs, and collaboration with educational institutions, we contribute to training and education in hospitality. Along with scholarships and student work opportunities, we offer annual practical training for students specializing in culinary and hospitality services at Hit.
In partnership with UNICEF, we have joined the Safe Spot project, providing children with immediate protection, assistance, or just advice in times of need. This Safe Spot is available at Hit’s business centre in Nova Gorica and at Hotel Sabotin in Solkan.

Hit has long been a key supporter of numerous sports, cultural, educational, and humanitarian initiatives and projects. We are a consistent partner and sponsor of sports clubs and associations, as well as a key supporter of major international sporting events in the local community. Our funding focus is primarily on activities aimed at children and youth in locations like Nova Gorica, Šentilj, and Kranjska Gora, helping us contribute to local development, better leisure time, and the successful growth of future generations.
