Sandi Brataševec, President of the Management Board

Mr Sandi Brataševec is a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Master of Business Administration with more than 20 years of international experience in management positions in the public mobility and tourism industry, namely in Nomago, Avrigo and Izletnik Celje. He is one of the founders of Soča Rafting. He joins Hit from Nomago, which he led as Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2022, and most recently as an advisor to Nomago's Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nomago Italia. He is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Slovenian Travel Agencies at the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Danjel Mlečnik, Management Board Member

The business career of Danjel Mlečnik (1963) is almost entirely linked to Hit. After graduating from the University of Maribor's School of Work Organisation, he joined Hit in 1989. There he subsequently gained work experience in various, mostly managerial, positions, including 15 years at the Park Gaming and Entertainment Centre, where he was also a Director for two years. From 2009 to 2015, he managed Hit Montenegro, after which he held the position of Head of Development at the headquarters of the parent company Hit. Then he headed the Gaming and Tourism sector until September 2018. Between September and December 2018, Danjel Mlečnik was the interim CEO of Hit, after which he was responsible as Project Manager for the implementation of strategic projects at Hit for several years. His term of office as a Member of the Hit Management Board starts on 21 January 2024.

Damjana Luin, Management Board Member

Damjana Luin, born in 1970, is a graduate in economics and is currently completing her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. She has many years of experience in accounting, controlling and finance in various economic activities, including large business systems. She started her career at Quick Sežana, where she soon took up the position of Head of Accounting. She then managed Accounting, Controlling, Finance and Payroll at Iges in Nova Gorica, and between 2016 and 2021 she was in charge of the Tax Department for the entire Petrol Group. She joins Hit from GM Consulting, where her term of office as a Member of the Management Board starts on 21 January 2024.

Alan Bofulin, Member of the Management Board and Worker’s Director

Alan Bofulin, born in 1973, is a commercial engineer by profession. He has been with Hit since 1995, when he started his career in the Slot Machines department at the Perla Centre. There he worked as a Valet, Operator, Controlleur, Inspector, and finally as Slot Machines Assistant Manager. In 2014, he was elected to the Workers' Council, which he chaired as President for the last four years before taking up the post of Workers' Director. Between 2018 and 2021, he was also a Member and Deputy Chairman of Hit's Supervisory Board as an employee representative. His term of office as Workers' Director and Member of the Management Board started on 1 September 2021.
